Travelling around Australia visiting relatives and just doing the unstructured holiday routine (lack of routine...) makes for a pretty difficult time for keeping up with STEEM. So, I've mainly relegated myself to writing shorter posts, scratching them ot when I can... in the small snatches of time here and there...
This week, I have two art bloggers that I'm plucking from my saved bag of tricks... that I've noticed a while back, and saved up for the times that I don't have time to go searching!
The first blogger is @ferjart (REP 63) who gives us a digital skull lady in a digital style in this featured post. It is an art style (and a bit of the art subject) that reminds me quite strongly of a game that I ave sitting on my games list called Skull Girls. It was a 2D fighter, that from memory, had some problems with the depictions of the fighters... despite the fact that the artist was a woman. It's not a game that I have played... but I will at some point in the next few decades... this art style (despite having less clothes...) is really quite reminiscent of the screen shots that I had seen for that game!
Another digital artist, @yoogyart (REP64), presents us a much more intricate art style in this featured post. It is a view of the creators hand, in stark contrast with the creation (the Earth). It does lead to wonder if the difference in colour was quite intentional, that the beauty of the Earth was born from the chaos lying around it?
My past entries
I'm going to keep a record of my past entries mostly for my own ease of finding them again!
