Team members (part2)
Apart from the positions already mentioned in the previous part, each project might need more project-specific positions. They include the tasks which need to be done and do not fall into any of the above-mentioned categories.
Each one of those is possible to further expand into teams but not before the project starts bringing in money. So, for example, the developer becomes the head of development and works with a team of web designers, developers with different skillsets ...etc. The same goes for all other sections. Marketing department expands with more writers, image designers and marketers who promote the product with the wider audience. Information department becomes wider and is able to collect more information and research more competition.

This is how a company comes to life through a project. Of course, advancement requires the forming of more departments, like human resources, security...etc etc.
The above-mentioned team of five would be the smallest possible unit working on a project even though one person can take two or three roles if in possession of more than one skillset. But, truth be told, one man projects are far more often drowned in memory than taken to the light of day. This is often due to the lack of motivation that a good team provides to all of its members. Of course, there are specific individuals that really can pull the whole thing themselves but they are far more often an exception to the rule.
A team is usually what defines a success and keep one away from a failure.

I always start from a question when I talk about team: if a person takes an hour to do a job, how long would it take two people or three? Working as a team, if we have the same objectives, the same goals, should be more beneficial, productive and profitable. It's the most assertive way to work! As they say, it is not that we all do the same thing, but that each one, according to his abilities, works in a point or department of the company. If I am good with numbers and I find it difficult to socialize, I will not be put in the part of human resources management, sure I will be more efficient in the part of accounting or finance. I agree with you when you indicate that perhaps a team could have five fundamental members that are the base or the trunk of the tree, and that from there other positions can be derived that serve as support to these five main branches, but always promoting trust, communication in those "small" members, so that they feel important and necessary. Here in steemit I have found space in various teams, with which I have felt comfortable and with which I have learned the value of work, cultural diversity, responsibility and especially, to celebrate group successes. @ADSactly and @equipocardumen are examples of these teams where creativity and innovation are encouraged and a sense of belonging is developed. Definitely teamwork is important to achieve all goals, respecting an organizational structure is also important, since responsibilities are assumed according to certain characteristics and competencies. Another important thing in any organization or company is the communication between the members and the different departments. When communication is effective and fluid, there is no room for misunderstandings or unfulfilled tasks, everyone assumes their commitment if it is clear what they must do. Teamwork is a concept that allows groups of people to work together to accomplish more tasks, with a better result, in a shorter period of time. This organizational structure is increasingly adopted in the workplace. It offers undeniable advantages due to the collaboration of several employees, but there are also challenges when work teams replace a more individualized way of working. Understanding these parameters helps put the right teams together, which will result in clever job completion, maximizing strengths and minimizing inconvenience.

Whatever the idea can share by the team is always better that the idea of a single person. So i always prefer and comfort to work with team. It would be a honor for me if i can work with adsactly team.
Wonderful post. I dream of me also having a big company and under it some team members also like adsactly but I guess I still need to work hard to achieve my dream. But I believe I will do one day.
