Time to sort the Back Out!

I went to collect some new shoes today, VivoBarefoots. I was introduced to them by no other than @scandinavianlife and I expect these are already known as they were created in 2007 and they are a very good product. For someone who likes minimalism and also walking barefoot, then these are somewhat a foot revolution. I have had them on since 8 am so a full 10 hours now and they feel very good. You can feel that they are doing great things for your body because of the new aches that you get from using muscles that aren't used whilst wearing standard shoes, meaning that you've been walking out of natural balance all this time before.
I had also just after collecting the shoes, my second visit to a Chiropractor. Why did I wait so dam long??!!

Whilst we are here and on the subject of feet, I think you would be very surprised to read of the benefits that come from walking bare-foot, even just for 5 minutes every day.

There is an obvious grounding firstly, as you are with your feet in contact with the earth and this allows you to relax easier, especially on earth grass or sand. I guess there are some white people who have never walked barefoot before in there life accept maybe on a sandy beach. I do wonder why shoes are pushed in society so much and only "The Poor" and "homeless" are pictures we first get in our conditioned minds when we see someone with no shoes walking through a city- but we think nothing of it to see an African in TV with no shoes.

There is a HUGE connection with us and the planet we are born on, and we are physically separated from it by wearing shoes.

If you take of your shoes and go bare foot just 5 mins a day regularly, here are some benefits you will receive for doing so.. These are only giving maximum effects on natural floors. So the pavement dosn't count. Wait a minute! Why do they make all from concrete, and tell us its normal to wear shoes?!

The truth is that the people who plan the city's and make everything concrete, don't ever want YOU to go barefoot on the grass because- if you did that, then you would have the below benefits in your life, making your life better.

  • It creates relaxation also reducing anxiety and stress because it regulates your whole nervous system.

  • It reduces aches and pains, inflammations in the body and also helps you to fall asleep easy.

  • Increased Immune System- Walking barefoot creates more red blood cells, which also is good against heart attacks.

  • A hippy woman once told me that its proven to reduce women's period pains if they have it severe!


The Chiropractor did the usual cracks on the back and after I was asking him a bit about his job, like what he was doing earlier measuring the level of the hips with the thumbs etc. I went there first on Tuesday for the first assessment and for him it was something new I guess. He wanted to take my details and put them on the computer and started with the name, date of birth etc. Then it came to the number, the number that you register your self as to be in the safety of the system. The address.. He looked a little surprised that when I told him I just have a name and a date of birth, and I'd be paying with cash, but he said that wasn't a problem but I would just have to pay a little extra. Fine by me, I'm always happy to pay that little extra for freedoms.
I paid him after the treatment and he had nowhere to put the cash because as I noticed today, there was a card machine in the waiting room for people to pay at. (For me this is like im traveling to the future! I saw movies being played on mirrors at a hairdresser the other day also!)

Today as he had finished cracking, he asked me straight up why I live like I do. We had a good chat for a long time, and he admitted that he wants to leave and move around but he is just so used to the box (his words).We talked about how people are becoming retarded from stress and he openly admitted that 90% of his clients don't have a problem in the body, its a problem in the mind, and that keeps repeating the same muscle memory and keeps them in a circle of physical discomfort. Its the same as what I face now with my back. Its completely tensed up down the lower part, and even when we sleep the muscle memory kicks in and we go to sleep how we did before we went to get healed thus creating the same physical problem again.
I have already been saying in my mind things like "im not carrying anything" whilst walking to reprogram the mind a bit, because im usually carrying a rucksack or something heavy somewhere and this is making my back wonky. I think ill start to swim some at the sauna I go to and also I should most likely get a monthly ticket which is the same price as going 1 time a week.

There's some kind of "extreme" Anarchy and Nonconformism that gets to the extent of disliking the governments and the system so much that freedom becomes also being free from things like tobacco and coffee addictions which are designed as a drug to keep you addicted to them both. Dependency on government benifit money is also chains on your feet stopping you from going anywhere, and also like this sharing post here - riddin' the stress and physical pain - ALL of which were created by The System.

Tobacco will most likely be the last slave chain I have to stop me from my true freedom, stop to claim government money and see how rich you become because you have to go and hustle with all the free-time you have, I realised when I was 17 that government money was more hassle than its worth.

I don't know why I thought the above video was for walking but it's only for the correct sitting posture, I remember we must have watched something about correct standing posture around the same time and it amounted to not locking your knees out, a really bad habit that everyone has, and I mean everyone. I tried to spot in in the lady above and maybe there was one instance (it might be the thumbnail part) but it seems that she was aware of not locking the knees out. O yeah, and those shoes look good, kinda like converse.

I was introduced to - Fuck , now I forget it wait .... something chi.. anyway, you stand with the knees not locked straight, and feel your feet on the floor. I must say my whole posture has changed since getting the back cracked twice and having these shoes on. If I would wear the old boots , then my back would most definatly go back to how it was

I love going barefoot!! Also hell yeah that government money is a hassel! We were getting food stamps and its based off what I make before taxes. I just told them to shove it up there asses. Now my girl hustles on selling stuff online and we do alot better then before. Not getting rich, but staying afloat and living a good life.

:) What time is it where you are? They are fucking scum my friend, and thats the best thing to do is not bother to jump through the hoops - especially when you can just go dumspterdiving!

What do you mean, "might have to go someday" - Dude FREE FOOD!! EXPENSIVE shit that you would never afford, is sat in the trash waiting to get burried or burnt!

I always say to people, "so if there was a weed tree with constant buds on it near to your house, why would you still go and buy it from your dealer?!" You'd surely think "wow I have a chance to save a shit loada money right now!"

You are going to be amazed after this summer how your feet will have changed. For me to walk with minimalist shoes now is soft and smooth like how it felt to wear regular sneakers before. I never feel ANY ache or have any problems. I literally can't wear "normal" (or I call them unnatural) shoes anymore. It just feels wiggly and weird.

And boy are the ankles getting strong. I stepped into a small hole on a grass field yesterday. I twisted my ankle like hell and I fell to the ground. I was kinda surprised that It didn't hurt at all, and I did in fact NOT twist my ankle. It's so strong that I just fell and nothing at all happened to my ankle even if it felt like it got twisted. Super weird. That usually hurt like hell when I twisted my ankle before.

Now you are USING your feet. Every step you take is building muscle, growing more blood vessels, transporting oxygen and nutrients more effective.

I know you are into it all ready, but let me know in August how you feel about it. It's going to be awesome! :D

I could sleep in these! I feel it also in the ankles, the fronts of them are aching lol. Man really im very happy and so are my feet!
Im sure they are called something trekkers? Trekking something. I find the websites quite confusing with the names of all the shoes

I recently got a pair of XeroShoes. They are amazing! I've had the sandals for a few years now, the running shoes are just as sweet. Of course most of time I am barefoot, but when I can't be... :)

Day two today, after the back adjustment and the shoes,i have an ache in my left calf muscle and my feet and ankles are aching lol. All good and just as expected, had the shoes on now for nearly 20 hours

Yeh its a usual thing i experience,and it also sometimes to do with insurance.. Everynow and then i have to go to hospital and without insurance you have to pay a bit more,not much atall.. Thats my kind of insurance lol

Leaving aside the possible benefits of walking around barefood, let us look at the topic of how ridiculous the shoe industry has become.

There is a shoe tailormade for pretty much everyone and for any need. The moment where I actually lost it was when I heard that there is actually a pair of running shoes specially designed for women who are having their preiod.

Doesn't happen often, but that was actually a moment where I had to drop the subject and call it a day for a time.

I wrote that its just a benifit to womens period pains,not that there is a running shoes designed for it. Wont surprise me though if there's is such thing
