Sweet Killers - Pepsi Max

in #health6 years ago (edited)

I thought id start to post about things that are sold in Supermarkets, that are actually really bad for you, even if the Mainstream promotes that these products are "healthier for you"- And this post shall be about Pepsi Max.

I see many people coming out of supermarkets with trolleys full with the weekly bargains from the store recently and it seems they had a sale on for PepsiMax.

Pepsi Max loves to plaster on the packaging and boast that fact that they use No Sugar. This is obviously a great thing because the masses are beginning to slowly learn (and accept) that added sugars are very bad for all aspects of our health. Its fast become a substitute fizzy drink that all ages seem to enjoy and this is quite a worry.
You might be surprised as to how the advertising industry works. Yes, I said Industry, because it is itself a whole industry just for advertising. The lengths taken to ensure that your buying things that you believe are the better option (one of many illusions of "choice") are so much so that its turned into an multi billion dollar Industry.

Well , if you still havnt digested the fact that added sugars are bad for us, or like most humans who DO know its bad but still havnt quite got round to stop it, then maybe its time to stop now?

Thats great then that they use Sweeteners instead of Sugar, they care for us dont they- thats why they put no sugar in it so we stay healthy chickens. I remember when I was a kid and sweeteners became almost a fashion for women who cared way to much about physical appearance, health freaks who took care in the diet and old people like my nan , she was the first person I ever saw use sweetners.
What a wonderful world we all live in, the governments seem to really care for us after all, its all ok.

Whys that a lie then?

If you look at Pepsi max Ingredients, you will see that the are using an artificial sweetener called Aspertame as seen here right

There are many facts and figures and tests, blogs, webpage, articles, news storys, experiments, doctors interviews, scientist studys, the list goes on, and to save you time like I did at some point in life start to research aspertame, you could end up loosing the trail and end up thinking that is actually ok for human consumption.

Well, to save you time and confusion you can just read this simple sentence and you get the idea.

Aspertame was first used as a RAT POISON. It has effects on your mental health and causes a neuron imbalance in the brain.

Short and Sweet- Next post on Sweet Killers will be of Aspertame itself and examples of how many products has Rat Poison in them that you could be consuming in your every day life.

Thanks for reading, lets share true knowledge to create a world freedom, lets fuck them before they really fuck us!

I never saw the point of Pepsi Max ... why buy junk in the shop, carry it all the way home and drink it, when we have free, healthy potable water available directly from the tap?

For all I know aspartam may be perfectly safe, but still ... I don't see the point of taking the risk. If sugar is bad, the obvious solution is to stop eating/drinking sugar, not try to replace it with something else.

What's next ... non-alcoholic vodka? Thanks, but no thanks.

Yeh its just best not to waste money on it anyway, drink water should definatly be distilled or atleast filtered if it s from a normal tap
Then with the money saved- BUY CRYPTO!

Distilling the water sounds a bit like an overreach, though filtering is probably generally a good idea. I do drink the water directly from the tap anyway. What do you drink when you're thirsty?

I was out skiing with my 7yr old son a week ago, and I had forgotten to bring something to drink. I stopped at a creek and was showing him how to transport water from the creek to the mouth using a skiing rod and snow - it tasted excellent, but he flat out refused to drink that water.

i think its also a bit over the top to distill water, i just said this because i know 2 people on nessoden that do it, and one says they even found metals in the waste are destilling.

I must get some water soon and had already thought to do a small post on where i get water room.. its a well which i presume hasnt been treated with anything as its very old.
When a mate came to visit he was using water from the stream because he didnt know of the well, and generous guy he cooked alot and made hot drinks.. I took a swig in the dark from what i thought was well water, to then see in torch light after, that there was bits and bobs init and he said oh, yeh its from that stream over there.. golden brown murky water lol

I really dont look forward to drinking water from houses, especially in the city, you can taste the chlor easily in some cases :(

Wow makes me want to stop drinking soft-drinks.. i thought Pepsi max was better for you than Pepsi but now reading this i realize it is just as bad if not worse... thanks for sharing and opening my eyes

Thankyou! Thats the only reason I blog! Im really happy that it could help you change your life :) sadly there are many other foods and drinks that contain Aspertame.. literally ALL that says , "No Added Sugars" have it. You can see on every product the ingredients and you will be shocked! Resteem to help others :)
