Dream Diary - 21/5/18

Good Afternoon,

I had such a good night's sleep. I did wake up at 5am and then managed to get back to sleep in an hour. When I did wake again, it was 9am. I was still so sleepy. It was so hard to drag myself out of bed. I was so comfortable and I could have easily slept for the rest of the day. I had such a weird dream last night. Here it is.

Monday 21st May 2018

I dreamed I was in some hospital or clinic bed. I don’t know what I was in for, but I remember laying down on the bed in a small room. A lady came in wearing scrubs. She said she was here to look after me and she offered to give me a pedicure. I liked the sound of that so I took her up on her offer. I know how relaxing they can be. I would like to add my feet are clean and tidy and not in a gross state. She first took some nail scissors and started to cut my toenails. She cut one of my big ones in such a way that it looked like she had literally cut the corner off! It was such a weird shape now. Then she had the audacity to tell me she had to cut it this way because my nail was curling round… It was not! Then the corner of where she cut became swollen and red. She put some sponge and a bandage round my toe. It looked hideous! I can’t wear flip flops now! She proceeded to cut the rest of my toenails. When she finished she said there was a charge for her services. I couldn’t believe it! She never once said there was a charge at the beginning. I wouldn’t have taken her up on her offer had I known. I can look after my own feet!

Afterwards, I saw a man in the same room who was also in for treatment. He was standing up and had a big foam jacked wrapped around his torso. It made him look like Hercules! The woman who cut my toenails said I had to wear one but I had to wear a large. "A large???" I thought to myself. It was horrible. It was a big, brown, foam sponge that looked like it belonged to the 'Michelin Man’. It was wrapped around my body and secured in place with velcro. I might as well be in a straight jacket. I couldn’t move! Afterwards I was being sent home and I had to walk through reception looking like a big, brown turd. Everyone was looking at me. Then I said I had to go back because I couldn’t find my shoes.

This was one hell of a dream. I have never dreamed of anything like this before. I’d love to know what it all means. I mean, being tied up in loads of brown sponges?? What was that meant to achieve? And why was this woman cutting my toenails?? I do not have bad feet. This dream makes no sense whatsoever.
