Morning All,

I slept like a baby until 4am and then I was awake for a good couple of hours until I fell back to sleep again. I did have quite a few dreams last night. Some were really interesting. I am sat up in bed with my eye mask on my head and my large cup of coffee ready to tell you about them.

Saturday 17th February 2018

I dreamed I was going to see Paul Draper from the 90’s band Mansun. He is doing a tour of the country but I didn’t manage to get tickets and I am gutted. Anyway, I was at a train station on my way to see him. Just before I left the exit, I saw him there with a few other fans. I expected there to be a lot more people, but there was only a handful. He was talking to us like we were his mates. It was really nice and I couldn’t wait for him to perform.

I was viewing a house at night with my parents and my husband. The estate agent said we had to be finished by 10pm. The house had an Artex ceiling. Very 80’s! There was one room that looked like a 70’s barbers one side and a 70’s hairdressers the other side. The room was pale pink. There was another room that had a frame on the wall. It flashed with a neon blue, tribal dragonfly and then the picture changed to a kitten that had glowing eyes. Outside the house was a white concrete water slide. I saw it go round the house but I had no idea where it finished. The estate agent asked me if I wanted to look upstairs. I said I wasn’t really interested because the house wasn’t to my taste. He spent ages on the phone and I said to him I didn’t want to waste his time and it’s best if we leave. Then my dad asked me about houses that shower share. Basically he meant if two people use the shower and one is in for 2 minutes and the other is in for 20 minutes then why would the bill be halved. I said to him there is no such clause for shower sharing.

Then I dreamed I was outside somewhere and there were park benches scattered about with people sat on them. My friend Carl was DJ-ing and we were listening to the music. I was sat across from Eboni from USA Masterchef. She was sat with her son and was actually being polite! I think she’s a bitch in the programme. She got up and left with her son, leaving behind her Mercedes cagoule and umbrella. It started to rain and there were some umbrellas that sat on your head underneath the table. Some people picked them up and used them. I saw the Mercedes cagoule and I put that on. Then Eboni came back and was looking for it. I took it off and gave it back to her. Afterwards I had a tap on my shoulder. It was my Grandad. Some child had helped him in the war and he wanted to ask if it was ok to give the child some money. He opened his hand and in it was a bank card, an old 10p and some coppers. I said it was fine to give the child the money. Then in my Grandad’s hand was some large notes. He was about to give it to the child when I stopped him. I said to only give the coins to the child. The child got angry and vicious and I told the child to go away.

So there was a lot going on in my dreams from last night. I guess I keep dreaming about Paul Draper as I keep seeing the adverts on social media and I know it’s a sell out near me. I have no idea why I dreamed about the house or what was in it. The picture on the wall was strange. I have never seen anything like it before in my life. I have never heard of people sharing showers like sharing property. Only in the personal way! The last dream was weird too. I am currently watching USA Masterchef and I really don’t like Eboni. I have no idea why I dreamed about her with a Mercedes cagoule. I’m very intrigued as to why I dreamed about my Grandad too. I have never met him. He passed away before I was born. I wonder why I dreamed about the kid and money.
