Almost got ran over in Vietnam while walking, each day, especially in Saigon, during my five years in Vietnam. I've asked people about it, here.Somebody is looking for me.
So, what do you think about it?
If there is a traffic jam, should the bikers crowd up onto the pavement, the sidewalks? I had a few bikes stolen in VN. Tried not to cycle on sidewalks.

Have been on many adventures over the years in Vietnam both online and especially offline. Left my home in the USA because of Obama. Came back to America in 2017 because of Trump MAGA. Your country first. Your sidewalk first?
