This post obviously took a lot of time for you to create, and you clearly spent a lot of time struggling with this topic, and therefore your message comes through powerfully. I think its always important to ask what our behaviour is doing to us, beyond the immediate. Are we moving toward that person we want to be, or feel God calls us to be, or not?

Your post has been an encouragement to me to try and walk that better path, more closely, today.

We can focus more. We can decide what we want to do, more than we think. We can remind ourselves of our goals. We can be aware of consequences for choices we make and for the choices we don't make.

I have been saying similar things for years now. Btw I upvoted and resteemed this since it does go along with a few articles and vlogs that I plan to bring up in the future.
As a woman, I am a strong believer in traditional living and traditional lifestyle where you don't really have sex unless you know the person well and love the person you are with. This practice has prevented me from bringing children into this world with lesser genes or poor genetic material such as genetic diseases and such. It has also helped me as a woman recognize that the men who were chronic Masturbators, as opposed to men who weren't had more mental illness issues, physical health issues and were more likely to cheat or be abusive either mentally, emotionally or physically. Just a bit of my personal experience. I also work as a webcam girl so, yeah, I do fuel the fire a little bit, but ultimately, men and women have freedom of self control and can figure out something else to do with their hands.

Good habit to have. It is good for people to believe they can abstain from sex, if they want to. People can do what they want, but if they want to, they can be reminded that there rewards for abstaining and consequences for decline in discipline, physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually. When we feel powerless, then our addictions grow. We can refocus and have confidence in our goals, in the kind of people we want to be in what we do with our bodies. If we want to do something, or not to do something, we can have confidence in going after those desires. It is vital to have replacements, substitutions, alternatives, to the things we may not want to do. That is the art and the journey of discipline that we all can venture on. Yeah, it is tough, but it is also very rewarding to be disciplined, to be focused, if we want to be.

And another school of thought would say masturbation helps you gain control, helps you understand your body, you get to know when you want to cum and can stop yourself from cumming therefore increasing your control and stamina, leading to prolong sex. Another school of thought also says masturbating before sex increases sex duration, because statistically most men tend to last few seconds to minutes at first sex due to heightened excitement, nervousness etc... And tend to last longer in their second and third rounds of sex

You lose vitamins, zinc, fluids, things that are very fundamental to your life. Chemically, biologically, emotionally, spiritually, fundamentally, actions, habits, changes us, and we are always unaware of the evolution, the devolution, slowly, to some extent. Too often, we are unaware of what we are missing. Something can be good. However, there are better choices to even good things. We can choose to do good and we can choose to do even better than that, as well. Sex outside of marriage is what is destroying humanity. Look at the fall of Rome, thousands of years ago. It was happening. History repeats itself when we fail to learn from the mistakes of the past.

The vitamins, fluids and zinc you're talking about is it only lost during masturbation, or it's lost everytime one have sex and ejaculates... Because masturbating is more or less a self induced sex

People are having too much sex. The fall of civilization, humanity. There are consequences for running around wild like animals. We are better than animals. We have more potential and an eternal destiny.

How do you intend to measure too much sex? It is highly subjective and personal to everyone. For example the amount of alcohol that can get A drunk will not be the same amount that will get B drunk... Sex is healthy, and there's no too much of sex... Sex can only be seen as too much “If sex begins to take over your day and your thoughts, starts interfering with your relationships, work, and family life, then you have reached the area of ‘too much.’” aside that a healthy sex life is required for every one. The process of having sex results in ejecting sperms, which contains blood. And the reduction of blood in our system gives room for the formation of new and healthy blood. Which will inturn boost ones immune system, brain power, etc.

Sex has a purpose within marriage, fundamentally, eternally, first, for having children, and secondly, for encouragement. Life is all about priorities.

How about for pleasure?

Just say, when the energy increases in mind, do not think about your own body. He knows if he does this. The basic fluid, ZINC, vitamins, minerals, life force, soul, heart, desire, confidence disappeared from the body. Thank you so much for such a nice post.

It is all about drive, focus, priorities, disciplines, in what we want to do. When we do things, there are consequences, zinc depletion is ONLY one example out of many.

To some extent, you may be able to put more into your body then you leak out, maybe, physically speaking, maybe to some extent, assuming there are no emotional, spiritual aspects to any of this.

I just watched that Joe Rogan video about the Dragon being a metaphor for combatting impulses to masturbate - really good stuff! I've never really thought about the idea of masturbation as an addiction or the effects of excessive masturbation can have on my body and mind. But I think this is an interesting experiment.

I'm all for individual liberty, liberalism. Each person can make choices. So, we can choose to do whatever we want. But yeah, the dragon metaphor is funny. Reminds me of the queen of dragons in Game of Thrones. And there are consequences for vitamin depletion in our own bodies. Joe Rogan is interesting.

So where's the scientific evidence?

Experiments can be had. Look at the fluids. Look at what is in those fluids. Find out what those fluids do in you body. Find out what Zinc does. Look at the consequences for zinc depletion. Look at natural remedies. You could do an experiment. Try to do a week of Flab and then a week of No Fab and then take notes. Compare the two.

Not really... You need a big enough sample size to come to scientifically valid conclusions. I'd like to read a peer-reviewed scientific paper about it. Or, ideally, several of them.

How big is big enough and how small is too small? If there are trillions and trillions of aliens, or other humans, on planets, in other galaxies, in parallel universes, then how can any number be suffice as we humans here, when compared with them? Subjectively speaking, you can argue either way, and doing so degrades science. If somebody kills you, is there a valid conclusion if you were the only one killed?

Google "representative sample size". There are mathematical models for it.

Science seems to be your religion. The scientific method are things people do. You seem to assume that everything scientists say and do are flawless, perfect, in how they go about experimenting, in testing theories. One example is the Carbon-14 Dating.
