*So from the very first line of this song, my ears pricked up and @kodieamos you had my attention - best of all you kept it until the very end!
I am just amazed by your voice you have some serious skills mate, what a lot of people may not realise is the extreme breathing control required to endure through a song as complex as this.
The words just keep coming and then in the next moment, you have to build and hold the note and then before you know it the next part has started up - this song would keep an accomplished singer and performer on their toes, you absolutely slayed this song.
With only a few very brief moments where I feared you may pass out from lack of oxygen, you performed every moment of this song - I love how into the song you were, it was infectious and you had me belting it out with you before the first chorus had begun.
You have a stage style voice (range, endurance and durability) quality in this entry and I really love the fact you performed the shit out it, it was like your audience was staring back at you - you appeared to feed of the energy and double down and gave even more.
This truly was a pleasure and that was before I found out, you were a fellow Aussie!

This song gets you moving as you listen, the arrangement is fully developed I can picture hearing it on the radio.
I love your style and I especially appreciated you having the English translation in the closed captions, I never would have guessed that was the meaning of your song - it's a funny and unique storytelling adventure you take us on.

Alright, so I’ll admit it – I got a real big soft spot in my heart for dogs of every stripe. However, despite such personal inclinations - one simply cannot deny the extraordinary talent, passion, love, and dedication to his craft that our esteemed @onetruebrother possesses. His guitar playing is nearly flawless, and his opening verses have that John Denver kind-of-a-feel that just gets you right in the heart! His vocals were spot on, and yeah, he had me crying like a baby! - @passion-ground
For all animal lovers, especially dog owners, this one hits deep in the heart. I love music with a purposeful meaning and a message. To lose a precious part of your life such as what’s transpired in this storytelling song, it reminds us of how fleeting life can be. The emotional aspect of this song reminds me of my own dog naturally and I know the feeling of having such a loyal and comforting companion always sticking by your side through any situation, who would defend and protect you, and gives an unconditional love worthy of acceptance as a family member. To some people, domestic dogs are just dogs and domestic cats are just cats, but it’s more profound and deeper than that. This song is a beautiful memoir to a sweet soul named Lily and I bid her a peaceful eternal rest. Thanks for sharing with us another great and intimately personal piece. -- @verbal-d
