The question is are you, me, they, we us progressing?
We have to choose to progress.
We have to choose to move forward in our goals.
This type of change does not just happen.
Every day we've got to wake up and go after our goals or they will not happen.
How do we know if we are progressing?

Has what you are doing grown?
Are you learning?
Yes, then you are likely progressing.
No, then sorry to say likely not.
Progress is intentional.
It's not accidental.
So be progressive or your inevitable change may not be to your liking.

@michaeldavid - Change can be bit of an own goal if we do not decide to progress and decide our steps towards progress.
You could not have said it in a simpler manner. We need to 'monitor' progress and ensure we are not just 'changing'.

Very true, when we adopt the change we often find very wonderful things. If we fight it, things can get tough.
