Hi, it’s a bad day for me!

I didn’t enjoy my classes today with my Grade 7 and Grade 8 students. The lesson we tackled was about working drawings. I poured out all the efforts and energy I have for them to understand the topic. I even didn’t mind that the marker’s ink were on my face and I was perspiring because the classroom is not well ventilated. However, after checking their understanding, I still had few students who got very low scores. In a total of 34 items, some students got 1-5.

So, when I arrived home. I immediately grab my sketch book to relax. Drawing gives me relaxation and happiness. However, I felt like my emotions inside reflected in my drawing.

I supposed to make a portrait of one of the most beautiful faces in the Philippines- Ms. Liza Soberano. But, I failed at some parts of it.

So, today is a bad day and this is one of my bad drawing artworks along with many unfinished artworks. So, please bear with me!

##The Drawing Process
I tried to have a new technique attack in this art. But it turned out to be uneducated and full of mistakes.

Step 1: Initial Sketching

Step 2: Shading the hair and one eye.

Step 3: Completing the other eye and eyeglasses.

Step 4: Adding values in the subject.

Step 5: Adding more values.

5 Step: Final output!
