How I Relax
If you are having so many responsibilities and commitments on your shoulder, well, it a tie! I am just like you who do a lot of things. Things that I believe are worthy of my time, sacrifices and dedication. So, I make it sure that I find a time to relax.
Relaxing can be done in so many ways and I also have different ways to relax. These are the things I usually do to relax, that may help you as well.
GOING TO THE BEACH.This is one of the most effective ways for me to relax. I do not know what is in the sea or ocean that calms me. The breeze and the sound of the waves are just so perfect.
REACHING THE PEAK. Climbing and treking are two things that are very engaging with the nature. And who doesn't love to see the beauty of nature?
EAT. There is a TV commercial that says that you are not you when you are hungry. That is very true to me, literally. So, to bring my broken pieces back into its places, I eat.
REST AND SLEEP The things I do above when I am stressed out and exhausted cost an amount of money. My easy, no-cost and best relaxation is just by going inside my room to rest and sleep. However, there is an additional requirement and that is to get naked. I am so relaxed and feel so free when I take of my clothes. I am a room nudist (hehe). So my drawing today is connected to my best relaxation which is my personal remedy to being stressed out.
