Contest Entry: Avatar of @techslut
Hi, creative Steemians!
One of the fun things to do in Steemit is joining in contest. Today, I will join a fun contest of making an avatar of @techslut. Here is my entry:
This is actually another first time for the longest time. I was still in high school when drew anime, cartoon characters and avatars. My favorite anime stories are the Dragon Balls Z and SlumDunk so when I was still very young I drew the characters of them. Now, I actually want to improve in other media using graphite pencils, charcoal, colored pencils and water color. But, since this contest is very interesting.... so, here I am.
I will show you my twenty-minute avatar drawing process:
• Sketching - I used a mechanical pencils for this.
• Tracing - I used black fine marker.
• Erasing
• Coloring Technique: Solid Coloring, Hatching
Now I am done :)
• Limelight Sketchbook
• Mechanical Pencils
• Dong-A Fine Marker
• Rotring Eraser
• Pilot Juice .5 Gel Pens
