WaterColor Art: The Child Jesus

Pit Senyor, Fellow Steemians!

Cebu celebrates the Feast of Snr. Sto. Nino. It is a very significant religious event especially to the devotees of the child Jesus and to all Catholic Cebuanos. It is celebrated every third Sunday of January.

Last year, I also did an art for the Sinulog celebration. I only used graphite pencils for this art.

Today, I will show you another artwork of the child Jesus. This time, it is a watercolor art. I hope you like it.

I used the following for this:
• Koi Watercolors
• Watercolor Pad
• Pencils
• Masking Tape

1. I used a masking tape as a border to protect the blank sheets of the watercolor pad.
2. Then, I used a regular pencil for sketching.
3. After that, I started painting.
   Face and Hands- yellow, orange, brown
   Hair- brown, black, peach
   Vestment- yellow, red, orange
   Background- dark green, green, blue
4. Finally, I let the watercolor to dry before removing the masking tape.
5. Pit senyor! It's done
