After 218 days in Steemit, I have evidently created 100 artworks! This is very momentous for me! Let’s celebrate it with colors and beautiful patterns!

I thank you for being with me! You know how I explored the artist in me by using different media such as graphite, charcoal, colored pencils, ink, water colors, and coloring pens in different styles and techniques!

Now, let me show you my newest artwork before I go to bed tonight! Enjoy!

So, let’s start doing this! First step is to create initial sketch. I just use an ordinary drawing pencil and sketch it neatly to my cute sketchbook!

After sketching, I ink the outlines using a 1.0 pen. This gives me a thick heavy line. Im excited for the next few steps!

I started coloring the face and the skin. I chose orange for the skin and gray for the hair. I love seeing gray hair because for me they represent wisdom!

I added a dark brown to add value. We know how important the shades are in a drawing. So, here it goes!

I started making patterns for the dress and geometrical pattern is best for this!

I added more geometrical patterns on the dress of the subject. It is colorful and beautiful so I am loving it so much!

I wanted to add a background so that the subject will be more emphasized. The pattern I want to do is like an offset of the frame. I want to do it in freehand to have a flowy effect.

I continued adding lines for the background of my subject. I tried my best to have consistent and equal offset of lines.

Lastly, I added colors in between the line pattern. I believe that it added beauty in this illustration. So, here’s the final output! I hope you like it!
