UArt 65: State of the Sndbox Competition Entry
This is my response to the announcement of @sndbox for the 9th Monthly Thumbnail Competition for the State of the Sndbox. This is my first time to join and participate in the activities organized by @sndbox.
SNDBOX
I know very little of @sndbox so I made a screenshot of their profile. But I know that they support communities and creative people in the platform. I think this is the general idea that I learned from the two of the people behind @sndbox during the steem summit held in Banilad, Cebu City. I also learned that the @steemph.cebu who support the cebu steemit community is one of the many sandcastles of @sndbox.
STATE OF THE SNDBOX
State of the Sndbox is a weekly newsletter that provides the latest in Sndbox activities, projects, and provides the best resources in creative empowerment for the Steemit community.
Therefore, to be chosen as a cover to these announcements is such a great honor.
THUMBNAIL DESIGN
I would like to give a little explanation of my thumbnail design for the *State of the Sndbox.
Running Man Icon It represents @sndbox in general who supports different communities in the steemit platform. It is running to symbolize that is fast in its objectives especially to giving updates and announcements about their activities and the like. Thus, the man represents @sndbox, and the running represents the State of the Sndbox.
The Text: State of the Sndbox It uses a creative text font style that tells about speed and urgency just as how the dissemination of the message and information should be. Thus, it can represent the VMGO (vision, missio, goals, and objectives) of the State of the Sndbox.
The Curved Line The curved line that resembles like a tunnel represents the entrance/gate of the community that the State of the Sndbox is of service.
The S The big and colorful "S" is the face and identity of the SotS. Because SotS is a big and colorful project of the @sndbox.
