Weekly Activity Report As A Moderator Of Steem For Bangladesh Community. December 04 to December 10, 2023.

Assalamualaikum dear steemains,
How are you all my friends? Hope everyone is very well and healthy by the grace of Almighty Allah. Alhamdulillah I am well and healthy. Today is 11th December, Monday and I am here with my 23th weekly moderation report and activities in the Steem For Bangladesh community. I am very happy to work with my SFB team because they are very friendly,loving, helpful person and help me in my all activities. Today I came up with my weekly moderator report to present all the activities I completed in the community.

Normal post review format:

Our admin has provided a moderating format for regular post and also provided the engagement challenge post and also some guidelines that we check and review post during daily review. When I review a user's post, I check the following things before reviewing:

• While reviewing post I ensured that every user has complete their achievement-1 and every post is #steemexclusive.

• I used steemworld.org and steemcryptic tool to check the club status and others like delegation & Voting CSI of every user posts.

• I used duplichecker and smallseotools to check plagiarism of user posts.

• I checked that anyone has started Bit bots services because Steemit didn’t support this users.

• I also check if any article is created by AI bot or not, so I used Chatgpt-2 detector and [Zerogpt detector](https:/ /www.zerogpt.com/) for check their post.)

• And I encouraged those whose voting CSI is less than 5 to vote on other's posts and directed those whose voting power is below 80.

My Activities in the SFB Community.

As a moderator in the Steem For Bangladesh community there are some responsibilities like checking posts, maintaining good environment, making users aware of community rules, detecting abuse and taking appropriate action by talking to our team, organized contest, guiding and helping users, user verification in the community, maintaining good connection with all users etc.This week I visited 59 posts and every user posts are very good. I see some minor problems in many user’s posts, so I give them instructions immediately.

This week I announced my last contest result in the community and which topic is [ 📢📢 Contest : Winter Pitha Making Challenge. ] This is a very interesting contest and 07 users participated in the contest. Booming support is the prize for the winners of the competition. But all of their posts were excellent which deserves praise. So I motivated everyone by awarding 1 Steem power. Besides, every Friday we try to host an online meeting in our community Discord channel where we provide guidance to our community users. This week we have heard and discussed many problems of users and we have tried our best to solve their problems. It is always an ongoing work of ours which I and my team are managing successfully.

Conclusion

Above I have presented all my weekly activities in the Steem for Bangladesh community. I am very happy to work with my team and I will try to enhance my activities in the community and contribute to the growth of the community and this platform.
