Hello everyone and welcome to another busy week, last week was filled with all shades of busy-ness for this community and it’s participants ranging from roadshows to registrations to commenting, reading and making different types of posts. And here we are in another week with another level of engagement known as SEL. Don’t worry I will tell you what it is.
Steemalive Community is known for launching new projects for the better promotion of steemit and one of its latest launch is #SEL. SteemAlive Engagement League (SEL) is a project that enhances engagement in the community. Whereby people comment meaningfully on publications of other members of the community. Commenting meaningfully on other publications helps strike a conversion between author and curator and other curators and keeps the community active.
Also, commenting on other people’s work serves as an encouragement, it gives them the encouragement and assurance that their publication was actually read and appreciated and would make them publish the more.
Commenting also creates room for more conversation and connection which may lead to future connection.
Remember, steemit is a social blogging community and blogging requires engagement.
I take this project personal because I believe I will get to read more publications and be updated in the happenings of the community and I believe I will meet more interesting people.
