MY TOOLS FOR THE PROMOTION
Promotion has to do with the brand and the brand speaks louder than words. So today, I went out well dressed and ready for the show with the following tools.
- My flier: this is also one of the tools I went with. Where I can not talk, the flier sent did the talking. I made sure that it is designed for promotion and specifically for steemit promotion
- MY COMPLIMENTARY CARD
This tool is also a very helpful one. It adds great lustre to to the promotion especially when I meet men and women of noble class.

- And of course with my mouth. Yes, my mouth also can speak for steem.
I also had my smart phone and a good internet connection.
Now that I am set, I went out.
MY ROAD SHOW FROM MY OWN PERSPECTIVE
I scheduled to join @eliany to meet some students that we promoted steem to sometimes ago at Afaha Nsit. A city that is 30 minutes away from Uyo city. We planned to go there by 9am. But we will converge at my steemit office.
On my way to the office, I promoted steem to the man beside me in a public vehicle. His name is Chief Umoh Assiak. He was having mixed feelings about online platforms because according to him, he had lost a lot of money on most of them. I did my best to explain to him and then told him to research about steemit. I showed him how to do so and he promised to read through. I asked him if I could take picture with him and he accepted. See us below
As I got to the office, I did some work and later when @goodybest, @eliany and @ddwosky came, we took pictures and then left to pick @benson6

AT THE STUDENTS LODGE, AFAHA NSIT AKWAIBOM STATE
We got to the location at Afaha Nsit, Akwaibom State and met the students of Akwaibom State collage of Education organized by @fonzi, @eliany's sister who is in the school.
They were glad to see us. They gathered and listened as @eliany, @goodybest @benson6 and me , @ngoenyi took turns to explain steemit to them all. They were all ready and willing to sign up. Except those that were not with there smart phones.

The students were about 25 in number. We all took pictures at the end of the explainations.

After that, we started to sign them all up. Most didn't have data and they wanted to go but I shared my hotspot with them all. Guess what? 13 of them signed up imediately. All of us were busy helping them to sign up. We all assisted and helped those who were ready write their introduction post

At the end, we left the location and went home and we will go back by next week to continue helping them out. Meanwhile, a WhatsApp group has been created by @eliany specifically for them so that we can keep guiding them until we will be able to go back

I am glad that we met with such success today. Our major focus when we were explaining steemit to them is club5050 and other clubs. We told them that they have to make sure they invest or build their accounts. I believe They will abide by it. Let's see how it goes.
ON MY WAY BACK
So long as I am still putting on the t-shirt, it means that work is not over until it is over. I kept promoting steem as I was goin back home.
One of such persons I promoted steem to was Ruby, she works in a tailoring shop. I went in to make some inquiries about a particular clothing for a special occasion. So I seized that opportunity to promote steem to her. She liked it and because they were busy, we exchanged contacts to communicate later

CONCLUSION
I am grateful to the team leader and the members who joined in the promotion. They all worked tirelessly to ensure that we achieve our aim.
I am also grateful to @ddwosky who drove us in his vehicle to the location, making the journey stress free for is all. I am also grateful to @fonzi for organizing those students for us.
And to my team leader, @eliany for leading us to the location.
