Is a great privilege to me to work as a team Coordinator in my state Akwa Ibom State, this privilege was given to me 8 days ago and I and my team have tried to perform some tasks for the past 8 days, we have started smatkontrat project:1 and we participated in SteemAlive Roadshow and many more, please follow me as I make my first Report in our outstanding Community Steemalive, an Educative, motivational Community.

The first project we carried out was smartkontrat, we went to the school negotiate with the principal and gave her respect by giving her red wine and she accepted our proposal ask us to come back on Wednesday 03/11/2021 at first she said she will give us 50 tp 100 students from SS1 and SS2 but when she saw us by 12: noon that day she gave us 200 students, after presentation we gave them gifts and engage 87 students on writing competition, seem them here,

We went to the school with writing material which made it easy for them to start immediately, we also went with 3 white board marker to write their Usernames, all of them were ready and wrote their Achievement1 that day but we succefully assisited 15 of them, work continues this week.the most interested part of it was that we were able to get the attention of the teachers which was our target.

The students were all happy as my colleagues are very friendly to them and their teachers.to the point that one of the teachers said to me you people should make good arrangements better than this to come, we have brilliant students and capable teachers here, at end we gave the teachers their own gift.

Immediately @ngoenyi made post inviting all to participate in the Roadshow, I called all to remind them and to tell them where we are going, a good number in my team Prepared and participated, we had two newbies that went with us not yet verified on SteemAlive but they came out to promote Steemit with us, I was si happy that they came and love them too.our Roadshow is always lifely and not boring because we do say motivational things and we have our @chichieze who is always there to make us happy and very skilled in capturing us while prospecting, we can not afford to miss her.

We had a lot of sign up last week, we are going to help them with Achievement2 and Achievement3, I will help more to be verified this week, those that attended training, many of them are verified member of SteemAlive, so I will continue doing the training, I will work with many in my team to become leaders so that they can work as team Coordinators too, I will visit more places this week for Smartkontrat and visit the teachers for School for special needs, all our Recruits last week must join SteemAlive Curation trail and get them selves verified.
