My weekly report as Moderator in steemalive and Goal-getters coordinator 9/05/-15/05/2022
Introduction
I bring you greetings this early morning dear steemiains in steemalive community, it is a great and a brand new week , as a modretor i have to report my work of last week in the community before I will start this week, i want appreciate all of you who are working hard to produce quality post in the community and on steemit Community
Since the engagement Challenge contest by steemit team started i have seen a lot of progress in different Communities, increase in quality post, increase in engagement, increase in number of active posters not only in the 7 selected Communities but in all Communities, in that case I pray that the engagement Challenge becomes part of steemit and continues
You know as a modretor my work is to engage in so many post in the community, check your club status and plagiarism, reading post in our community is now a hubby to me, i have become familiar with some usernames especially those long username,
i can now write and pronounce them correctly lol, i love all this usernames @pearlofwisdom, @donpearl, @princesshope, @kingbolo16855, @emmanu, you guys have lovely usernames and I will love to read more of your post this new week, please make sure to read proof your post before you hit the post botten, make sure to check your post plagiarism with this linkDuplichecker
Don't ever think is diarygame or busines review or you are above plagiarism, no, no, no, always check, i am not happy when I see your post muted because of plagiarism, another way to avoid plagiarism is by adding the link of any text gotten from internet,
please adding quote sign>is not enough when you copy a text from internet, it will still show plagiarism so please always add the text link on your post, again we don't use images that has a company number on steemit, we accept only free images, you can get as much as can hereor here
mentorship and recruitment
Mentorship is part of our work as Steemiains, immediately you sign up on steemit and you are ready to write on steemit the next thing is mentorship you have a lot to learn on steemit that is why you need to make yourself available for learning, when correction is given to you on steemit as a comment under your post, how do you take it, i love @emmanu, he is open to learn yes learning will help all of us to succeed on steemit,
This week i help @esthyianoe to write Introduction post on steemit and other training online through whatsapp like Esther when her network was bad to read @focusnow post that I sent to her, i had to screenshot it page by page so that it will be easy for her to read.

Observations, Recommendations and Conclusion
My observation last week was that many people participated in our last contest both steemalive contest and @focusnow contest so because of that I am supporting @fucusnow contest with 5 steem
