Epic Music Series - Epic Music and More of my Favorite Tracks Part 30

For many years now I have wanted to go and see a symphony live, though due to my accident and being unable to work for so many years I could never justify or afford to go.
It's tough when you have no money coming in and have college fees to pay for, but now that I have rebuilt my life and have a steady job again it's time to treat myself now and then.

Here in Adelaide we have the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, who put on shows quite regularly.
I was on their website before and they are doing a Star Wars symphony of all the Star Wars themes, I know how friggin cool.
So looks like I will be getting myself a ticket to this.
I think it would be really amazing to go and enjoy this live performance, I will be like a kid in a candy shop.
Usually when I listen to orchestral music I'm coding or gaming or something so I often don't get to take everything in, but in this instance I will be focused in on the whole orchestra so I will be able to take most of it in.
I'm not sure if they will let me do any filming, but my digital camera can also record so I will try to sneak some in :D

I have also heard that listening to a orchestra through speakers is not the same as being there in person to experience it. Apparently the vibrations of the instruments go right through you and the sound of my favorite instrument the violin cuts right through the air.
Really looking forward to this experience.

I really enjoy sharing this series with people. I guess epic music is not as well known as other genres so it is my mission to unite people with this music.
If you enjoy classical sounding music, orchestral pieces or the sound of a choir then your bound to find something in the series you like.

Sometimes when I'm doing cardio and I'm feeling blah I listen to this kind of music to wake me up!

Let's look at a couple of other tracks I really enjoy.

☠️ Peter Gundry - On the Edge of Forever ☠️

Here is another fantastic track from Peter Gundry. I think Peter Gundry has now officially become my favorite composer.
I really love his work, he brings a really unique style to the table which are dark and mysterious. I still remember the first time I heard Goetia, now my favorite track :)

I love the soft start to this track, which has a feel which is mixed between mystery and fantasy.
This track almost has an adventurous feel to it once it gets fired up, kind of reminds me of the Brothers Grimm.

☠️ Two Steps From Hell - Enchantress ☠️

Here is another great track from Two Steps From Hell.
I love it because is has a unique feel to it, and I love hearing people sing from other cultures like at the start of this track.
This track really takes you on a journey with the way it has been composed. The sound changes as it progresses which is exactly how a proper symphony operates.
There are no verses, no chorus just a musical masterpiece.

I really love the way the mood changes throughout this track, it's like one big story. You have feelings of excitement, grief, dread, adventure and the list goes on.
I would love it if the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra did a Two Steps From Hell night, I would be lining up for tickets lol.

☠️ Cézame Trailers - Fateful Showdown ☠️

I really like this composition from Cézame Trailers. There is something about a woman singing which I really love.
This track has a real adventurous feel to it.
When it fires up at about 1min and 40 seconds you really do feel like your having a showdown with some powerful monster or something.

It would have been nice if the track went for just a little bit longer, but I still find it really enjoyable.
