🎄Holiday Cookies(Recipe and FoodPhotos).

Friends, today I want to continue the festive atmosphere with green spruce and bright toys and show a new recipe for a cookie with a banana.

The recipe for this cookie reminds me of the taste of childhood. The cookie turns out to be very delicate and fragrant, that immediately you want to break it into pieces and try a slice.

This time I wanted to make the taste of cookies more interesting and I added a banana to the surface of each cookie. At the same time the shape of the cookie became much more attractive and also the banana definitely gave more taste to the cookies.

In addition, if you like chocolate, you can decorate the pastry with melted chocolate or nutella. I used the nutella for decoration, it does not seem like a banana with nutela gets a great taste in cookies.

Ingredients:

Flour - 200 g

Butter - 185 g

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Sugar - 1 glass

Vanilla - 10 g

Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon

Banana - 1 pcs.

Nutella - 50 g

Preparation:

Eggs mixed with sugar, vanilla and baking powder. Add soft butter and mix again. Sift the flour and knead the dough. Form the baking plates with parchment paper and form small balls from the dough. Put a piece of banana on each ball. Bake biscuits at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

Cookies cool a little and pour with melted chocolate or nutella.
