If you are the same chocolate lover as me, then you have heard the expression chocolate in chocolate, well, or something like that :). So we usually describe something really chocolate and put a tick and write down the recipe.
When the topic of desserts and chocolate comes up, the top line is taken by the classic Brownie recipe. There are hundreds of recipes for cooking brownies. Today I will show you my recipe and show some appetizing photos.
This recipe for brownie is a bit different from all the rest, its viscous texture and extreme chocolate. All due to the low content of flour, because of which the brownie does not become a biscuit and gets a ganache texture.
- Dark chocolate - 350 g
- Butter - 220 g
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Brown sugar - 350 g
- Flour - 160 g
- Cocoa - 6 tbsp. spoons
- Chocolate and butter melted in a saucepan to get a uniform texture.
- In the chocolate mass, add sugar and mix well. From the heat of the chocolate mass, sugar should dissolve a little and acquire a viscous texture.
- Then add the eggs and mix again.
- In the resulting mass, add flour and cocoa and mix everything until smooth.
- Form the baking paste with butter and carefully lay out the dough.
- Bake brownie at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Let the brownie cool down a bit and enjoy its taste!
