For the test:
- Flour 250 gr
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - pinch
- Apples - 5 pcs.
- Butter - 100 g
- Raisins - 50 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Cinnamon - 2 tsp.
- Sift the flour on a wooden board and make a groove in it.
- Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil and warm water. Add the egg, a pinch of salt and mix the dough.
- Cut apples into thin slices and add to them raisins, dried fruits, sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough into a thin layer and grease it with butter. Put the filling on the dough. Wrap the dough in a large roll.
- Lubricate the strudel with a yolk and lay it in a greased and sprinkled with flour.
- Bake the strudel at a temperature of 180 degrees 30-40 minutes.
