Sometimes I want to make a simple and delicious dessert without much waste of time, so my current recipe for chocolate clafuti is for this occasion and if you still like chocolate, it's doubly excellent.
This morning I woke up and thought that I wanted something not too heavy, juicy and chocolate. Clafuti was this dessert that suited my taste.
After spending just a few minutes to prepare, I got an excellent chocolate dessert.
For the recipe we need:
Flour - 85 g
Cocoa - 50 g
Eggs - 3 pieces.
Sugar - 115 g
Milk - 250 ml
Pear - for decoration
Grate the lemon zest on a small grater and put in a deep cup. Then add the eggs, sugar, milk and mix well. Sift the cocoa and flour and once again stir everything and the dough will be ready.
A small baking dish should be smeared with butter and put the dough there. Bake klafuti at a temperature of 180 degrees 40-50 minutes.
Make klafuti more interesting with the help of any fruit or berries. This time I used a pear and honey.
Chocolate klafuti is simply a stunning dessert, very delicate similar to a juicy mousse with an incredible aroma.
