Remembrances

I remember the holidays
as a competition against the clock.
The adversary: limited days.
The objective, a paradisiacal beach

First day; in position, ready
DEPARTURE!

As a broker strategist,
Slower pace.
Energy saving for the end
I buy edible provisions in the market.
Water and coal to carry
the dust is removed from the tents and hammocks
they are ready to use.

Second day; the vehicle is loaded.

We align the course to the beach
My children singing with Alejandro Sanz,
Simón Díaz, Freddie Mercury, Axl Rose.
We go with joy,
Three hours to get there,
When the vehicle is off, my children run to the sea,
As always my wife and I,
To download.
We install tents and hammocks,
Now days are coming to enjoy

…Seventh day; we raise the camp in the morning.

Now we go to the river to rinse the salt from the sea water
In the afternoon we arrive home
Tired,
Satisfied
Unforgettable days
For the future of all.
