Description
Learn the functionality of SEQ-3
The Fundamental SEQ-3 is a step sequencer. It allows us to create audio signals and commands is an organized way. SEQ-3 sends out a gate signal and a control voltage signal in eight unique steps. We can use the eight dials and triggers on the UI to organize what we would like played and when.
There are a variety of other options on the SEQ-3 UI which control various other, such as clock, type of trigger, and run. We will cover these and other functions.

Learn the function of Gate.
As we have learned in other tutorials, Gate is a signal that can tell a function to turn on or off. SEQ-3 has two ways to send out gate. The first is at the top of the UI. This is all the gate signals for each of the eight steps. The second is an output for each of the individual steps.
The gate output on SEQ-3 can be used to trigger any number of processes. In the example I am showing I have the gate triggering ADSR and telling it that at the exact moment to shape the sound parameters of the VCA.

Learn the function of the Clock.
The Clock on SEQ-3 adjusts the tempo or speed that each step occurs. The internal clock in SEQ-3 can be adjusted manually or with control voltage. There is also an input for an external Clock.

Learn the basic operation of SEQ-3
Once you have set your Clock and you have made some adjustments to the dials for each of the Rows you can start SEQ-3 by simply pressing the RUN button. If you are running an external clock you can also start and stop via the clock.
Learn the function of Steps.
The steps are numbered 1 to 8 in columns. For each step you can choose a dial setting and a gate on or off. As the sequencer passes through the steps it will transmit the information you and assigned to each step.
The output for each dial control on each row outputs via the ROW 1, ROW 2 and ROW 3 outputs at the top of the UI. These can be run to a device, such as VCO. If you would like diatonic pitches you can also use a V/OCT process to make your pitch selections organized.

God knows I have no basic knowledge about this sort of programming..
Hopefully I'll get to learn about it.
Will you be doing this as a series??
Yes the series is all listed in the post
