Day 68 /Tag 68
A little look back at the beginning of the construction with my long-time friend from Dublin, who had visited me to see the progress. Therefore I naturally ascended my best cooking skills and prepared sushi.
Ein kleiner Rückblick auf den Beginn des Baus mit meiner langjährigen Freundin aus Dublin, die mich besucht hatte um den Fortschritt zu sehen. Da habe ich natürlich meine besten Kochkünste aufgefahren und Sushi bereitet.
At that time I had already started the planning of the new kitchen, after all I wanted to take my old kitchen with me and build it again. Since it is made of solid wood, the age did not matter to me, everything has worked and it was also appropriate. Why should not I take it with me? Moreover, even had to be saved everywhere.
Damals hatte ich bereits die Planung der neuen Küche begonnen, schließlich wollte ich meine alte Küche mitnehmen und wieder neu aufbauen. Da sie aus Massivholz ist spielte das Alter für mich keine Rolle, alles hat funktioniert und zweckmäßig war sie auch. Warum sollte ich sie also nicht mitnehmen. Außerdem mußte ja überall gespart werden.
And then the seriousness of the move began. Everything was packed in boxes and piled up. I had finished it in 2 days.
Und dann begann der Ernst des Umzuges. Alles wurde in Kisten verpackt und aufgestapelt. Das hatte ich in 2 Tagen fertig.
On 12/19/2013 came the relocation service and it went in 4 journeys with all things over to the new house. We had a good strategy: everything I did not want to take will be left standing and will be brought to the bulky waste tomorrow. So this action could be completed in one day and the trip to bulky waste freed me then of all the things I had not needed anyway. In the old house I had 100 sqm, basement and cellar; in the new house only 71 square meters, without basement and cellar. So some things had to be abandoned.
Am 19.12.2013 kam der Umzugsservice und es ging in 4 Fahrten mit allen Dingen hinüber zum neuen Haus. Wir hatten eine gute Strategie: Alles was ich nicht mitnehmen wollte bleibt stehen und wird dann morgen zum Sperrmüll gebracht. So konnte diese Aktion an einem Tag abgeschlossen werden und die Fahrt zum Sperrmüll hat mich dann um all die Dinge befreit die ich sowieso nicht mehr gebraucht hatte. Im alten Haus hatte ich 100 qm, Speicher und Keller; im neuen Haus nur noch 71 qm, ohne Keller und Speicher. Da mußte also einiges daran glauben und aufgegeben werden.

Eines muss ich sagen du machst wirklich sehr viel. Das Haus, die Schachschule, die Videos mit den Flugzeugen. Super, Hut ab. Finde Ich sehr schön. Mein upvote :-)
Ja, man tut was man kann :) Bevor ich mit ein Bild Posts komme wird noch eine Zeit vergehen :) Ideen habe ich noch genug.

Heyyyy da is ja der Holzboden <3 schöön.
Das sieht nochmal nach richtig viel Arbeit aus, ich hoffe es gibt auch Bilder wenn ihr komplett fertig eingerichtet seid.
Das ist das alte Haus! Und ich bin allein, richte also alles selber ein.
AHHHHH daher die Holzböden.
Ich hab irgendwie gedacht, das wär alles schon ins Haus transportiert.
Als wir umgezogen sind, sah es in unserer neuen Wohnung die erste Woche nähmlich genau so aus wie auf den Fotos die offenbar deine alte Wohnung zeigen :)

Your kitchen looks very warm and bright which is very good for sitting and thinking over a cup of good green tea and some cakes!

My food is normally curry in all variations :) with fish, lamb, or beef.
So, you really like curry! Interesting, very Indian influenced. The spices are very good for your body.
I like Indian fish curry here! We don't have fish curry in Thai cuisine. Fish would be in a sour soup dish.

I eat very less different food, as I do not eat vegetables or salad. But I think this is good for me, and my body likes it too, so it has not to adjust to different things and get confused.
