Day 48 /Tag 48

We continue with the completion of the plaster and the sewer connection. A mineral plaster with structure grain limestone is roughened with rollers. This gives the exterior wall a slice plaster structure.

Weiter geht es mit dem Abschluß des Verputzens und dem Kanalanschluß. Ein mineralischer Edelputz mit Strukturkorn Kalkstein wird mit Rollen aufgeracht. Damit bekommt die Außenmauer eine Scheibenputzstruktur.

The water pipeline was laid too high and therefore it has to be covered with insulation panels in order to prevent frost damage in winter.

Die Wasserleitung wurde etwas zu hoch verlegt und muß deswegen mit Isolationsplatten abgedeckt werden, um im Winter keine Frostschäden zu bekommen.

The sewer connection is now being prepared. For this purpose, in the middle of the road the main sewer is excavated.

Der Kanlanschluß wird nun vorbereitet. Dazu wird in der Mitte der Straße bis zum Hauptkanal aufgegraben.

The main sewer has been drilled and the connection has already been fixed to it.

Der Hauptkanal ist angebohrt worden und das Anschlußstück bereits befestigt.

The connection of the sewer is at a depth of 1.60 meters, and the path is now carefully prepared to ensure a good flow.

Der Anschluß des Kanals verläuft in 1,60 Meter Tiefe, die Trasse dazu wird nun Zentimeter genau vorbereitet um einen guten Ablauf zu gewährleisten.

Super, so detailliert jeden einzelnen Arbeitsschritt dokumentiert. Das muss eine Riesenarbeit gewesen sein! Jetzt weiß ich wenigstens, wo ich mir Anregungen holen kann, wenn ich mal in die Verlegenheit kommen sollte, ein Haus zu bauen. ;)

Das Haus zu bauen war die beste Entscheidung meines Lebens. Die Abzahlrate ist etwas geringer als eine vergleichbare Miete, solange die Zinsen so gering sind wie zur Zeit.

Das klingt sehr gut! Das derzeit niedrige Zinsniveau ist da natürlich ideal. In einem Haus zu wohnen, bei dessen Bau man selbst Hand angelegt hat, ist sicher auch etwas Besonderes.
