Day 46 /Tag 46

The tiles are laid further today. The wall tiles in the two sanitary rooms are laid alternately, so that they can dry again and again.

Die Fliesen werden heute weiterverlegt. Die Wandfliesen in den beiden Sanitärräumen werden abwechselnd verlegt, so daß sie immer wieder antrocknen können.

At the small windows I have refrained from window sills, since it can be made with tiles as well and is also cheaper.

Bei den kleinen Fenstern habe ich auf Fensterbretter verzichtet, da es mit Fliesen genauso gemacht werden kann und auch billiger ist.

Day 47 /Tag 47

A look into the heat pump, the connections are now made.

Ein Blick in die Wärmepumpe, die Anschlüsse sind nun gemacht.

The road is now blocked on the half side and the drill can begin.

Die Straße ist nun halbseitig abgesperrt und der Aufriß kann beginnen.

Carefully different pipes are exposed without damaging them, the situation has been pre-marked with spray paint on the asphalt.

Vorsichtig werden verschiedene Leitungen freigelegt ohne sie zu beschädigen, die Lage wurde vorab mit Sprühfarbe auf dem Asphalt markiert.

A valve tapping fitting is installed on the existing water pipe.

@schamangerbert ist das aber ein Aufwand. Aber es ist, glaub ich, die einzige Vernünftige Lösung um ein eigenes Heim in Münchener Umland zu haben. Ist doch in der Nähe, oder?

Neuburg an der Donau, ca 100 km nördlich, bei Ingolstadt.
Gebaut 2013, ich bin damit absolut zufrieden.

Bis Regensburg ist schon Münchener Umland von den Preisen her. Ich glaub es, das du zufrieden bist. Wir wollten auch in München etwas kaufen oder bauen, aber der Markt ist sowas von angespannt. Meine Frau muss noch Deutsch lernen und somit sind wir an München gebunden wegen Ihrer Schule, sonst währen wir schon raus aus der Stadt gewesen.

Regensburg ist 110 km von mir.
Bauen ist schon teuer genug, auch hier, aber die Grundstückspreise sind in München jenseits von gut und böse. Hier haben wir so um die 150-220 Euro pro qm.
