Day 40 /Tag 40

Today is rest day on the site. A good time for me to document the condition. As usual, I walk around the house and take pictures of all the details to catch up with every mistake. However, work is done here properly and I have no reason to complain.

Heute ist Ruhetag auf der Baustelle. Eine gute Zeit für mich den Zustand zu dokumentieren. Wie üblich gehe ich ums Haus herum und fotographiere alle Details, um jeden Fehler aufzuspühren und festzuhalten. Jedoch wird hier sauber gearbeitet und ich habe keinen Grund zur Klage.

Day 41 /Tag 41

Now the foundation for the heat pump is made. Two thick black tubes for forward and return warm water, two thin tubes for the power and control lines, and one tube for the condensate drain. The wooden formwork is attached, concrete poured in and all pipes fixed by means of boards.

Nun wird das Fundament für die Wärmepumpe gemacht. Zwei dicke schwarze Rohre für Vor-und Rücklauf des warmen Wassers, zwei dünne Rohre für die Strom und Steuerleitungen, und ein Rohr für den Kondensatablauf. Die Verschalung aus Holz wird angebracht, Beton eingegossen und die ganzen Rohre mittels Brettern fixiert.

Shortly before the end of working the formwork is removed and the foundation is finished. In order to prevent noise transmission, the foundation is not connected to the house. With electricity costs of 220 euros per year for hot water and heating it should be quite imitating. And now 3 years later, there are already several houses in the area that use this technique.

Kurz vor Feierabend wird die Verschalung entfernt und das Fundament ist fertig. Um Geräuschübertragungen zu verhindern ist das Fundament nicht mit dem Haus verbunden, den Platz vor der Haustüre zur Straße hin habe ich bewusst gewählt, da ich der erste weit und breit bin, der diese Technik zum Heizen einsetzt und es alle sehen sollen. Mit Stromkosten von 220 Euro pro Jahr für Warmwasser und Heizung sollte das durchaus Nachahmer finden. Und jetzt 3 Jahre später gibt es bereits mehrere Häuser in der Gegend die diese Technik einsetzen.

Ab heute darf das Haus wieder betreten werden, der Estrich ist soweit fest, dass er begehbar ist. Das sehen wir uns doch gleich mal an.

I loved the noise management, we don't care such technology when build foundation or houses. Hope awareness will take place and we will have nice life :)
