Introduction
Last week was so great though we encountered network Challenges but I thank God every thing normalized and the system runned smoothly, I had the opportunity to read so many engagement Challenge post and learn so many ways people have been Promoting steemit
my love for steemit increased as I added new friends in my friends list, I have learn new ways to promote steemit which I think so many of you have learn too, I am proud to say that the only plagiarism i saw last week was 3%, this shows that there is a lot of improvement in the area of plagiarism and post quality has increased too, do not forget to readproof and to check plagiarism before posting👉Duplichecker
Mentorship and recruitment work for last week
Last week I did a lot of mentorship both online and offline, I helped 5 person's to join steemit and 4 wrote Introduction post check this post to know more about my Mentorship last week
I also assisted @victorjay to make his first post in steemalive, he has joined club5050 by buying steem and power it up, he is now a verified member of steemalive
the second person who joined steemalive last week and now a veried member is @bossj23, he is also in club5050,two of them have also written all4one post in their support to the project.

Summary of active members in team Goal-getters
As a team we have a group where we care for each members Challenge and we also have our weekly training and Promotion, sometimes circumstances ddo not allow all of us to meet together for promotion but we have trained ourselves to do Promotion wherever we are, those that participated in Promotion last week are, @blessing-okere, @chichieze, @christybless, @davidalfred, @prechy, @prudent85 and @ijelady, 7 of us Promoted steemit and make Post about it.

Our weekly training
Training is what is helping me to do well on steemit, from the day I joined steemit, i have been attending training both online and offline so as team coordinator, i have not miss to arrange for the weekly training for me and all the members so thatwe keep on encouraging one another.

Observations, Recommendations and Conclusion
Observation:You all know that when contest is giving by a community, many people will find it interesting and others end up complaining, the truth is that contest is a competition and it will not favour everyone and is not everyone that will win, when week1 contest was announced, many people took their time read and understood the rules of the contest and follow it and curators voted most people that followed the rules of the contest.
****Suggestions***:My suggestion for this week2 contest is for all participants to read the rules of each Community contest, understand it and follow it, secondly we all should remember to make quality post and comment in all the contestant post, this will help you to do more, make sure your comment is meaningful and upbuilding.
Conclusion:I am happy to work with you all last week and am ready to work with you again this week, together every one of us will achieve success on steemit.
