Topic 4: Learn with Steem: A tutorial on how to make Soybeans powder

Hello Everyone,
Today I would be writing on how to make Soybeans powder, which can be used for soy milk and swallow.

INTRODUCTION

Soybeans is very rich in plant protein and helps in fighting many health challenges.
Soybeans powder is good and suitable for all especially babies from 8 months and above.

The first thing needed is our main and only ingredient Soybeans. Some may choose to add other ingredients like Crayfish, groundnut,date, etc, but am making my with just Soybeans because I want it to stay longer without artificial preservatives and also it can be used for other purposes like thicker for your sauce and also swallow for your soups.

  • Step one
    After purchasing your Soybeans, you pick out the dirts.
    You have to do this carefully in order to pick out the stones and impurities.
    You don't wash it.

  • Step two
    You try your Soybeans on a low heat to remove the the shell. If you process your Soybeans powder with the shell intact, the end products would be slightly bitter which is a no no for most person.
    Another important thing to note is that your Soybeans should be very light golden brown and nothing more if not your end product would still be bitter.

  • Step Three

Ground your Soybeans, first has to be with a loose engine so they can take the shell off. After that you sir blow for the scales to fall off before you finally ground to power.
If you don't have a blender, you can take to a local grounding mill but be careful for them not to mix with other substance from the machine.

CONCLUSION

Like I said you can make swallow for your soup with your Soybeans powder.

Make sure you have a boiling water on fire, then dissolve you Soybeans powder with water in a bowl, please make sure it does not have any lumps, then add to the already boiling water.

Stir for 3 minutes until a bit thicker, then you can add either your semovita flour or wheat flour, and continue to stir until it solidifies to your teast.
