Friends, today I want to show you a simple and delicious recipe for a pie with honey and prunes. In this pie there are two very bright tastes of honey and prunes, which gives the pie a completely new taste, a beautiful color and aroma.

Every time in this pie you can add different honey and eventually get a pie with a completely new taste and it's fun to conduct such experiments at home.

The pie turns out to be very lavish and is prepared quite quickly. Prunes give the pie an excellent note of taste in combination with honey.

For the recipe we need:

Ingredients:

  1. Flour - 260 g
  2. Salt - a pinch
  3. Soda - 1 tsp.
  4. Carnation - 1 tsp.
  5. Eggs - 2 pcs.
  6. Honey - 135 g
  7. Milk - 50 ml
  8. Butter - 75 g
  9. Prunes - 100 g

Preparation:

Mix the dry ingredients - flour, soda, salt and cloves. Then add the eggs and milk. Then add the honey. Mix everything. Melt the butter and add to the dough. Prunes cut into pieces and add to the dough. Stir well until smooth. Form the baking paste with butter and carefully lay out the dough. Bake pie at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.

Allow the pie to cool completely and serve it to a table with warm milk.

Also pie you can soak with any jam, sweet syrup and pour honey. Everything depends on your imagination.

As a result, you will get a wonderful pie and without much effort. The pie will be lush, bright and fragrant, which certainly will please you and give a good mood!
