Good day friends! Today I remembered about the excellent recipe for banana bread and I want to show it to you. Banana bread is a great idea for breakfast, it is very similar to a cupcake. Banana bread turns out to be moderately sweet and will appeal to absolutely everyone. I used overripe bananas and added a bit of bitter chocolate.
I really enjoy using bananas in baking. Bananas give a very delicate and mild taste to any pastry. So banana bread was very soft, tender and fragrant.
¾ cups of sugar
2-3 overripe banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup vegetable oil1
½ cup of flour1
¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp soda 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
⅛ tsp salt
100 g pieces of bitter chocolate
Mix bananas in a mash with a fork. Add in the banana puree eggs, sugar, vanilla and vegetable oil, mix everything well. Then sift the flour with baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Bitter chocolate to break into small pieces and add to the dough and mix everything. Shape the baking dish with oil and pour the dough into it. Bake banana bread at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. Remove the ready-made banana bread from the oven and leave to stand to cool slightly, then you can cut into pieces and serve to the table.
Banana bread is something terrificly delicious, and I'm sure you have not tried it yet. Delicate bread with an excellent banana aroma, during baking you will already be delighted with this bread. Bread well keeps the form and envelops all its bread with its banana flavor.
After one piece of banana bread you will want to try it again and again :). It just melts in the mouth and leaves a pleasant feeling.
