I love cooking cookies and I wanted to diversify a simple cooking recipe. This is an incredible cookie, and even with a stunning filling of pears. I tried to focus on details, pastel colors and closeness to nature.

Can you imagine how quickly you cook it? A maximum of 10 minutes will go to the dough and stuffing and if you make pechenyushki small, then in 15 minutes from the oven will come out a terrific and very beautiful cookies. The bonus will be incredibly tasty and juicy stuffing from a pear.
Flour 250 gr
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Butter - 120 g
Sugar - 1 glass
Vanilla - 10 g
Cinnamon - 2 tsp.
Pear - 1 piece.
Sift the flour into a large cup. Add the egg. Then put sugar, vanilla and pieces of butter. Stir thoroughly and knead the dough. Then put the dough into a cup, cover with a towel and put in the refrigerator for one hour. Roll the dough into a thin layer. Using a round shape or a glass, cut out the circles and lay out their cupcake shape and press them with your fingers on the sides. Cut the pear into small pieces. Add sugar, cinnamon and mix well. Put the stuffing from the pear in the center of each cookie. Bake cookies at a temperature of 180 degrees 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Finished cookies cool slightly and serve to the table.
