The Help My Dog (Floppy) Challenge: Day 50 - $165.54 of $5,060.00 - Please Upvote / Resteem / Donate Directly!!!

Hey Everyone,
My dog Floppy had successful back surgery on Friday 12/22/17. He is in recovery now and he should be ok!

Unfortunately, these unexpected expenses have hit my family very hard and I am turning to the Steemit community in an effort to raise funds to pay for Flop's surgery. Every Upvote, Follow, Comment, and Resteem will help me out, and any straight donations would be straight up awesome!!! All of your kind words & support have been amazing so far and as you can see, it is growing by the day, so thank you so much!

DAY 49 UPDATE

It's hard to believe today is the 50th posting of my blog. It's pretty hard work, but I really appreciate the support. I am determined to raise these funds, please keep it up!

Vanessa had the day off today for President's Day so she got to sleep in - morning duty was all me! I woke up and got Lu dressed and his teeth brushed and we headed downstairs. Flop seemed ready to go for a walk immediately so I got Lu's breakfast done right away and got Flop outside.

When I got outside, I noticed it was foggier outside than it has been in a long while. I lit up a cigarette and tried to get a selfie, for some reason it took 2.

You'll notice Flop's attention is elsewhere lol. What could it be???

...You can see the fog pretty heavily....along with this dog that Flop started barking at from across the street!

After I got inside with Flop, I gave him a few biscuits. I knew that Vanessa would be home and he'd milk her for some beggin strips and other food lol. I wish I'd asked her to take pics during the day but it slipped my mind. In any case, I'm glad that he got to spend some extra time with her during the day.

I left work around 430, a bit normal than earlier, as Lu had his first swim lesson refresher. Flop was SUPER excited to see me, he peed the floor a little :( ...since Vanessa was already home, we all went together for his afternoon walk.

We got home from swim and had Ceviche for dinner that Vanessa made (she's Peruvian). It was delicious! Since it had onions though, we couldnt give any to flop. We gave him a few tortilla chips lol.

After dinner, I had a cigarette and since Flop didnt poop in the afternoon, I took him out with me while I smoked.

...i'm glad that I did, he dropped am bomber!

I finished my cig on the back porch, but FLop wanted back in fast so he could get his goodnight treat.
