¿Cómo estáis? Espero que estéis disfrutando de vuestras vacaciones estos días y que estéis aprovechando con los amigos y familia a pasar unos días excepcionales. Yo, además de estar con mis amigos y mi familia, he aprovechado hoy a salir a correr y hacer algo de deporte, no va a ser todo ir al bar a tomar cervezas y tapas.

How are you? I hope you are enjoying your vacations these days and that you are taking advantage of your friends and family to spend some exceptional days. I, in addition to being with my friends and my family, I have taken advantage today to go out running and do some sports, it will not be all going to the bar to have beers and tapas.

Pues bien, esta mañana bien temprano salí a correr un rato, muy cerca del mar, que hacía mucho tiempo que no lo hacía, y la verdad es que es impresionante, la sensación es totalmente distinta a correr en Madrid, me ha encantado mi entrenamiento.

Well, this morning very early I went running for a while, very close to the sea, which had not done for a long time, and the truth is that it is impressive, the feeling is totally different to running in Madrid, I loved my training.

En el entrenamiento de esta mañana, corrí 4,53km en 24 minutos y 44 segundos y quemé 299 calorías. La verdad es que estaba corriendo a muy buen ritmo y muy bien pero me encontré a mis padres y a mi hijo y paré para dar un paseo.

In training this morning, I ran 4.53km in 24 minutes and 44 seconds and burned 299 calories. The truth is that I was running at a good pace and very well but I found my parents and my son and I stopped to take a walk.

Como podéis ver en la siguiente imagen, el perfil ha sido muy recto, por el paseo marítimo, alguna pequeña cuesta puntual peto el recorrido ha sido casi recto prácticamente, un lugar genial para correr.

As you can see in the following image, the profile has been very straight, along the promenade, some small punctual slope, the route has been practically almost straight, a great place to run.

Y aquí, el tiempo por cada kilómetro. Estoy muy contento de poder haber hecho todos los kilómetros por debajo de 6 minutos. Solo el último kilómetro lo he corrido por encima de 5 minutos y 30 segundos. Estoy muy contento, hacía mucho tiempo que no corría así.

And here, the time for each kilometer. I am very happy to have done all the kilometers below 6 minutes. Only the last kilometer I have run over 5 minutes and 30 seconds. I am very happy, it has been a long time since I ran like this.
