Después de dos semanas de parón de running, el 24 por la mañana decidí salir un rato a correr, necesitaba hacer algo de deporte porque después de la comida del 23 y las tartas de cumpleaños, estaba a punto de reventar jajaja

Pues bien, el parón me ha ido bastante bien, aunque sí es verdad que acabé con un poco de dolor de rodillas, corrí a un ritmo bastante suave, unos 5 km en algo más de 30 minutos. No ha estado mal, pensé que se me daría peor el entrenamiento, estoy muy contento.

Como siempre hago, aquí están las estadísticas del entrenamiento y el perfil por donde corrí. Destaco que acabé con el máximo de pulsaciones, no sé si es bueno o no, pero se nota que estaba ya muy cansado y encima era cuesta arriba.

No sé si volveré a correr antes de que acabe el año, tengo poco tiempo últimamente y tengo que comprar algunos regalos y estar con mi peque en vacaciones, así que ya veremos, eso sí, el año lo empezaré con muchas fuerzas.
