Hola amigos - Hi friends,

He aprovechado hoy por la mañana para acabar la semana con un pequeño entrenamiento para ir cogiendo forma.

I took advantage of this morning to finish the week with a little training to go get fit.

Cada vez me encuentro mejor, hoy no he tenido apenas dolor en las rodillas y solo he tenido un poco de flato al final. Voy cogiendo fondo poco a poco y la verdad que hace 8 días del primer que salí a correr de nuevo y creo que voy por buen camino si sigo con este entrenamiento progresivo.

Every time I feel better, today I have had little pain in my knees and I only had a little flatus in the end. I'm slowly getting to the bottom and the truth that 8 days ago the first I went running again and I think I'm on the right track if I continue with this progressive training.

Hoy he corrido 3,11 km en 18 minutos y 50 segundos, con un ritmo medio un poco mayor a 6 min/km, quemando 206 calorías.
