Hola gente de Steemit - Hi Steemit people!

Ayer salí a correr por la noche, aprovechando que el niño se fue a dormir pronto me fui a entrenar. Si os habéis dado cuenta, esta semana he adelantado el primer entrenamiento 1 dia, salí a correr el martes en lugar de el miércoles. Me he planteado después de más de 10 entrenamientos intentar correr 3 días a la semana en lugar de 2, a ver si puedo cumplirlo.

Anoche el entrenamiento estuvo genial, hice más o menos el recorrido de siempre pero lo hice al contrario, empecé cuesta arriba y acabé cuesta arriba, teniendo el recorrido intermedio un poco cuesta abajo. La verdad es que me vino mejor, al final estaba algo cansado pero creo que podía haber corrido algo más. Al final hice 4,82 km.
