Cut Cabbage for Soup colorchallenge sundaypurple
I’m getting ready to make some miso soup and purple cabbage is one of my ingredients. This one got a bit dried out in the fridge but it will still be good.
I am going to cut a piece off of this, chop it and squeeze lime juice on it before I put it into soup. Even though this does not look like a lot of cabbage, it will be when cut. All those layers give a lot of food.
