Clergy Thugs – Pencil – 5 x 8.5 inches.
When I began to sketch religious thugs, I wanted, in an ecumenical spirit, to include those of Protestant and other persuasions. But those officials wore suits instead of robes, so it was impossible to tell the difference between them and lawyers, politicians, corporation CEO’s etc.
