Iceland Sketch
Iceland Sketch - Pencil and watercolor – 5 x 8 inches.
Hello, dear Steem and WOX. Here's another watercolor directly from my sketchbook, a memory from a trip to the far north...
There’s a raw beauty about Iceland in the summer. Vast, wind-swept landscapes, almost no trees, but mosses and lichens, as if you’re on the surface of a green moon. You must draw quickly, before your fingers become too cold to feel the pencil and the brushes.

I can imagine how it is to do sketch and painting outside in such rough climate, wind and cold. Endless fields and such sky with clouds. That is a good exercise for any beginners who would like to learn watercolour painting :)

Hahaha, stef1, good idea. I never thought of such an exercise for beginners, but I like it. (Most beginners probably wouldn't.)
