STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE #31 - Winners & New Theme - Everyone Welcome To Join In!

A big thanks to @biglipsmama for giving us last week's theme "Tempting Tarts" that inspired some truly tempting tarts!  I have to say every week I am increasingly impressed by the quality of entries... this week again I was blown away, just like @biglipsmama was.  Not only do they look fantastic but ingredients are chosen so carefully and we usually get tips on how to successfully prepare ingredients we're not so familiar using.  It makes me feel so thrilled to be part of helping this challenge to continue week after week!  If you saw all the tart entries we had this week you'll know what a difficult job it was for @biglipsmama to choose winners because she said they were all fabulous!  Sadly not everyone comes away with a prize, but hopefully everyone comes away feeling a) a real sense of pride in their recipes and presentation and b) a real sense of connection with a wonderful bunch of people.  Congratulations to each and every one of you, the winners and non-winners alike!  Well done everyone... hopefully you'll all be joining in for the next round (scroll down for new theme)... For those of you who have never entered this challenge before - it's very easy, just see below for this week's theme and criteria for entries.  Every week we have a different guest judge and  different theme, so if you fancy some culinary excitement then look no further!  You don't have to be a great cook - all we ask is you try to be creative with your recipes and take beautiful photos of the finished dish as unfortunately we can't taste the entries so you must help us do this with our imaginations!  Original recipes are encouraged, but you may use someone else's recipe as long as you credit the original source. 

This week's guest judge is our very own @amy-goodrich... taking a break this week from participating in the challenge so she can have a taste of POWER haha!!!  (only kidding, she doesn't strike me as the power hungry type).  Surely all of you who regularly follow this challenge will be familiar with @amy-goodrich's awesome culinary skills and equally her artistic style in presentation.  Suffice to say I want to eat literally everything she shows us!  She always uses the freshest-looking, attractive, and healthy ingredients, and somehow creates the most delicious meals you can imagine.  They don't just look good on paper... you can tell without doubt these meals taste amazing too.  Most of you will also have realised she particularly enjoys vegan food, and so the theme she has chosen for us this week is...
