STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE #28 - Winners & New Theme Announcement - All Welcome For SBD Prizes!

Last week's theme "Be A Michelin Star Chef For One Night" chosen by @showroom was a particularly tough one, and although there weren't as many entries as we hoped for, the quality of them were excellent as always, so well done for your efforts guys! It's always interesting to see the response to each new theme.  As there were only 3 entries they are all winners, which is actually great in many ways because no-one will be disappointed this time, hooray!!!  I want to thank @showroom for the thought and time put into choosing a theme which participants would find interesting and challenging, and I for one look forward to seeing more of their Michelin star quality food from their very unique and exciting restaurant.  

The theme for this week I'm sure will have you all rushing to the kitchen though... it's a nice laid back one this time after several pretty challenging themes of late, so scroll down to find out what it is!

For those of you who have never entered this challenge before - it's very easy, just see below for this week's theme and criteria for entries.  Every week we have a different guest judge and  different theme, so if you fancy some culinary excitement then look no further!  You don't have to be a great cook - all we ask is you try to be creative with your recipes and take beautiful photos of the finished dish as unfortunately we can't taste the entries so you must help us do this with our imaginations!  Original recipes are encouraged, but you may use someone else's recipe as long as you credit the original source. 

The guest judge for the challenge this week is @betamusic, a music lover and music student from Venezuela.  She is a soulful, up-beat, compassionate kind of person, loves her family and animals, and enjoys all kinds of creative hobbies such as making clothes and cooking.  In her photos she's always smiling and seems to have a really positive outlook upon life.  Nice :-)  And if you've ever come across her blog you'll know she has a real sweet-tooth too, so it's not surprising the theme she has chosen for us is cupcakes!  

There are literally thousands of recipes online, so if you need a few ideas just click on the blued words.  But remember - your cupcake will be judged on originality as well as beauty, so try to give it that 'wow factor' using your own personal creative style!
