My weekly Work Summary as a Moderator in SteemAlive Community. Week 8(April. 11-17, 2022)/weekly report as team goal-getters coordinator 17/04/2022
Introduction
It is good to report again this week to you @steemalive how my work went last week as moderator and as a team coordinator of goal-getters, as usual I had the opportunity to read so many publication last week and help so many persons to check plagiarism on their post, to those that I can reach on phone I called them and others I dropped comment under their post, those that are active respond immediately and correct the mistake while those that write and run did not respond immediately, Last week work thought me the important of moderators work especially on our Invitees, if you are not online to help them, they will be wasting their time writing a post without out value, many will make a post without title, some without tag or writing in diarygame instead of in a community, all this I noticed last week whichI helped so many of them and they really appreciate it. I always recommend the link below to them to check👇 plagiarism and number of words before posting it.

Mentorship and recruitment works
As a team coordinator of team goal-getters, i and my team went out for promotion last week which so many newbies participated.

After Promotion on Tuesday, I did Mentorship on Wednesday to Friday, I was able to assist @jedino @sureway044 @divineeko @obama22k @slyking @yimzyemazor in so many ways they needed help, I also organized our weekly training which held on Saturday 16/04/2022 I and @chichize handled the training and those that attended are as follows, @ijelady, @chichieze, @sirpchannel, @energyking, @yimzyemazor, @slyking, @divineeko, @okere-blessing.

We have active members in the team and many of them participated in last week contest and I was happy that the 3 winners of the contest were team goal getters members, they are @chichieze @mesola and @chimeroselam, others that participated but did not meet up the requirements are, @ijelady, @divineeko @okere-blessing @sureway044, i assure you that in this week contest we will do better than last week.

Our plan for next week
We have our plan to go out for promotion on Tuesday 19/04/2022 at plaza by Ikpa road What3words
Our main target is to help as many as we can to Invest in steem and join steemit community, we are also eagerly waiting for steemalive new face of Promotion so that we move with the community, we will also have our training on Saturday to update all members of the team how Promotion will be for next 2 weeks, we have a lot to do as a team and as a person.

Observations, Recommendations and Conclusion
My observation goes for the last contest in the community which was in Inventioncontest I noticed that many people did not participate in the contest and many that started could not complete it, many of our newbies could not write it in their own words, many copied it the way it was in the internet and paste it which is plagiarism and this disqualified so many of them, as for me I love the contest as it will help us to grow beyond diarygame and stories, for those who did not participate, i am encouraging you all to love to do what is hard, Less Brown said something in one of his speech,
He said if you keep on doing what is easy, your life will be hard but if you do what is hard your life will be easy.
To me it means 2 things, as a young person if you are doing what is easy now, at old age your life will be hard because at old age your strength will be small to do what is hard, then on the other way as a steemian, if you keep on writing diarygame in all your post, you are not creative, you will not impact much thing in other people's life but if you can write on so many topics that will help others, I tell you your life will be easy, you will attract friends, curators to yourself.
Another thing that I observed is that many of us are making good comment on post, i encourage you all to continue to make quality comment on authors post, do you know why, it shows you appreciate the effort the person put in making quality post, another thing is that curators also read our quality comments under a post, we need to be consistent in what we doing and stop jumping around in the name of looking for vote, vote will locate you if you are making quality post and quality comment. Comment like am sorry about your lost, this is nice, you had wonderful day, beautiful etc is not meaningful comment, make a comment base on what you read, appreciate the author, again you should not make post and run only to comment very short comment the day you want to make a post, remember steemit team value engagement the same way they value quality post.
