IRON BENDER'S ON DUTIES
Introduction
Morning
After a peaceful night rest I began my day with prayer thereafter start swiping and after that take bath and breakfast while on it I had a call by an engineer friend requesting my assistant to supervise a project for him because of a pressing schedule, so I rearranged my day activities so as to help, at this point my yesterday was a supervising Monday.
ARRIVAL MODE
Afternoon
immediately all the workers return to their place of assignments, work went smoothly, guess what happened one of the workers wasn't good in the area he claims specializing on so while on duty I noticed that, pretended for a while after the day went half I intervened by interrogating him based on the Skill but he failed, so it was a very critical decision I had to make either to let him off or keep him
I had to apply wisdom and diplomacy on the bases that he was willing to accept the fact that he was still in the learning process, for that reason I restructure function give him the roll of measurement and cutting so that he can learn to perfect his skill. It was fun working in that capacity after a long while of supervisory work.
