Conscious Music you have probably never heard of | #82 | The Re-Stoned - Stories of the Astral Lizard

Probably the best guitar & psybient chillout album I have ever heard, "Stories of the Astral Lizard" is an incredible journey of lucidity, a deep dive into aetherial spheres that sing and growl, that hum and yawn like life itself in all its endless forms and shapes that exist in the universe.

I feel the fusion of downtempo chillout music with high reverb- and delay-guitar lines, distorted to pristine and genuine degree is something beautiful to listen to and sink into with all our being. It is an incredible album to showcase the power and beauty of psychedelic music to any guitar-music lover and it can stand on its own two feet completely and utterly. It is that satisfying to get into.

If you come from a long night of partying, if you just want to unwind after a tough stretch in your life or if you feel like discovering how far-out guitar-music can take you without ever leaving you hanging or catering to spent and outworn cliches, you really wanna give this album a listen. I find it awe-inspiring and I have been an avid listener of guitar music for a long time. Hope you'll feel the same way <3
